When I lost my Dad in July of 2020, I mourned him deeply. Within a month of his passing, I also lost my voice which, as a psychic Life Coach and Medium, effectively put me out of work for two months. I found myself in lockdown and spending more and more time in the kitchen. As I began healing, I felt my dad guiding me (did I mention he was a chef?) and I was inspired to try making food I had never dreamed I could! When I was chatting with my mom and dad last night, I was telling them about the visitor who smoked, wanted his shot glass at dads birthday, and wore a button up cardigan. The look on my dads face was priceless, it’s his dad. My Grandpa Johnson. I had never met him because he passed in 1977. He was a carpenter. He was the one who taught my dad how to build houses and run a mill.
